About Referral Services Wichita

   Referral Services is a referral-only real estate company based in Wichita, Kansas. The purpose of the company is to allow agents to receive compensation for their time and efforts spent in the real estate field by simply referring past and potential clients.

   Our company provides agents a low-cost avenue of receiving referral fees by keeping operating overhead to a minimum (there are no MLS dues, WAAR dues, or fees).

   Agents with RSW must hold a current, active real estate license, but are prohibited from performing any real estate activities, except for the referral of customers to RSW.

Basically, we pay you for your referrals!
